General T&Cs (Applicable to All Tiers)

1. Subscription Duration: All subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
2. Renewal: Subscriptions will NOT auto-renew. Subscribers will need to pay again after 12 months.
3. Cancellation Policy: Subscribers can cancel at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the subscription period.
4. Payment: Payments are due at the time of subscription and cover the full subscription period.
5. Price Changes: Supernal Magazine reserves the right to adjust the subscription price without prior notice for new subscribers. Existing subscribers will not be affected during their active period.
6. Privacy: Subscriber information will be confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except for processing the delivery of our magazines.
7. Content Access: Access to digital content and newsletters will be provided via the subscriber’s registered email address.
8. Content Availability: Supernal Magazine reserves the right to update or remove content from the digital catalogue and YouTube channel at any time.
9. Print Copies: Printed versions include P&H to Australian residents living in Australia. For Overseas enquiries please contact editor@supernalmagazineaustralia.com.au

Tier 1: Free (Digital)

1. Content Access: Access to the latest issue of Supernal Magazine is available for two months or part thereof.
2. Notifications: Access to digital content (New Issues) will be provided via the subscriber’s registered email address.
3. Limited Content: Access is restricted to the free area of the YouTube channel and selected content on the website.
4. Privacy: Subscriber information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties except for processing subscriptions and deliveries.

Tier 2: $18.00 (Digital)

1. Subscription Requirements: Subscribers must provide a valid email address and set up a password to access the digital catalogue and exclusive content.
2. Exclusive Content: Access includes exclusive Supernal videos and podcasts available only to paying subscribers.
3. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once the subscription is active.

Tier 3: $51.00 (Digital + Print, Limited Offer)

1. Limited-Time Offer: 15% off subscriptions received before December 31st, 2024! $43.35 which includes P&H! Australian residents only. The special rate is available until December 31st, 2024, with a coupon code provided to current subscribers.
2. Subscription Requirements: Subscribers must provide a valid email address and set up a password to access the digital catalogue and exclusive content.
3. Physical Magazine: Includes one Special Edition print magazine per year, available to Australian addresses only.
4. Newsletter: Subscribers will receive the exclusive Members Only Newsletter six times per year.
5. Shipping: The Special Edition print magazine will be shipped during the first quarter of each new calendar year. Postage is included in the subscription price.
6. Offer Validity: This offer is only available to current subscribers. New subscribers after the promotion period may not be eligible for the discount.

2. Liability: Supernal Magazine is not liable for any disruptions to content access due to technical issues beyond its control.
3. Governing Law: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.
