Digital Subscriptions
- As digital content is immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for digital subscriptions or individual digital issue purchases.
- If you experience technical issues preventing access to digital content, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase for assistance.
Print and Digital Bundle Subscriptions
- You may cancel your digital + print subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of undelivered issues.
- We do not issue refunds for magazines already delivered.
- The digital portion is non-refundable once access has been granted.
Cancellation Process
- To cancel your subscription, please contact us at editor@supernalmagazineaustralia.com.au. Provide your subscription details and reason for cancellation.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser of the subscription.
Automatic Renewals
- We assume auto-renewal by default. If you wish, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
- Cancellation must be done at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges between different magazine titles or subscription types.
Special Offers and Free Gifts
- If a subscription was purchased as part of a special offer or included a free gift, the value of the offer or gift may be deducted from any refund amount.
International Orders
- Due to shipping complexities, refunds for international print subscriptions may be limited. Please contact us for specific policies.
Technical Issues
- If you experience persistent technical issues with digital access, please contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.
